Alix Acker

Alixandra Acker is University of Virginia graduate, with a B.A. in Global Security and Justice, and a minor in Leadership and Public Policy. Alixandra is currently a federal consultant with experience in change management and Salesforce user training. Previously, she spent time working abroad in Barcelona, Spain with a drone startup and in Sydney, Australia with the UNHCR. Alixandra is passionate about exploring both the empirical and ethical aspects of global conflict in congruence with human migration. Therefore, volunteering with One Journey perfectly combines her academic, professional, and personal interests.
