About the Event

The first of a 2018 three-part film series focusing on why refugees come to the US. This screening told the story of several families trying to flee Cuba and the internal struggles tangled up in the decision to leave.  Our panel discussion featured experts from Latin America addressing Cuba and Venezuela.
